Repair & Service - Service Contracts:

Our technicians are certified on all HP equipment and
are also trained on all other makes and models of
printers and copiers. Our service rates, which include
travel, are flat rates and vary depending on the type of
equipment repaired and the customer’s location from our

LaserGuard Service:
Our annual 14 step preventative maintenance service encompasses a thorough inspection and cleaning of your laser printer. This service is strongly recommended for all high output laser printers/copiers. As with any type of machinery if your office equipment is not maintained at least annually, your repair bills will be higher in the long run.

Service Contracts:
We offer two types of annual service contracts:
- LaserGuard Elite: covers both labor and parts.
- LaserGuard Plus: covers labor only.
- LaserGuard: service is included and is performed prior to the start of all contracts.
Multiple Equipment Discounts:
For all services and contracts, we offer multiple equipment discounts. Save on your maintenance and contract costs by scheduling multiple devices to be serviced or contracted at the same time. Please contact us for details and pricing.

Equipment Supplies
- NETS offers all OEM or compatible & toner cartridges and all OEM ink cartridges available on the market.
- We supply all the major brands including Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Samsung, Sharp and Xerox.
- To avoid poor quality issues, WE DO NOT REFILL ANY CARTRIDGES.
- At a considerable cost savings, we offer virgin compatible cartridges, not remanufactured OEM's. These compatibles provide the same yield and quality as OEM.
- All of our products are guaranteed 100% - no questions asked.
- If one of our cartridges should ever spill in a printer we will clean the printer at N/C.
- We pick up and deliver within 24 hours at no charge.
- We recycle all used cartridges back to our vendors. We do not dispose of any empty cartridges in any landfills.
